  1. Usage: SET HOLD_MODE [ON|OFF|TOGGLE]
  2.   When ON, IRCII will pause at the end of each page of output.
  3.   Output will continue when the TOGGLE_STOP_SCREEN function is
  4.   activated (bound, by default, to ctrl-S) or when the
  5.   SEND_LINE function is activated (bound, by default, to the
  6.   Return or Enter key).

  8. Note:
  9.   If using multiple windows the HOLD_MODE value refers to
  10.   default setting for new windows.   To effect the hold mode
  11.   of individual windows refer to WIN HOLD_MODE
